This video produced in cooperation with Antiquity Productions, who brought you "The Rehearsal," is far different from anything we have ever done or you have ever seen before.

Tiffany and Jamie, a dancer and a fitness instructor, use their gymnastic skills and dance background to create a very special L & C video.

These ladies perform very slowly and deliberately, in adagio tempo, often in heels, a series of very graceful, difficult, sustained and creative lifts. Their slow movements make the lifts far more difficult and all lifts are done from the floor, shown in their entirety and performed flawlessly.

This hour long video is nothing but one lift after another, with absolutely no filler material and the girls were totally worn out after shooting this one.

The professional camera work and broadcast quality camera combined with digital computer editing and duplication achieves absolutely superb video quality.
